Lycra Clothing, Knee Pads, Elbow Pads and Football Girdles

Machine wash in warm water with mild detergent. Hang dry or dry on low heat.
Do not bleach or iron.
Pads can be left in Football Girdles during washing.

Hang dry only, Do not put in the dryer!.
